Polyamide(PA) are also commonly known as Nylon, the most common types of polyamides are PA6 and PA66, which are characterized by balanced mechanical, electrical and tribological properties. Nylons are often material of choice when it comes to applications that require high strength, rigidity and flame retardant ability.

PA66 civilian silk has the advantages of high elasticity, high wear resistance, good moisture absorption, air permeability, fluffy fiber, soft hand feeling, easy to rinse, and soft luster. It is ideal for yoga clothes, suits, underwear, outdoors, sports, and cold protection. Fiber of choice for clothing.

Nylon 66 resin, as a textile and garment fiber-forming polymer, needs to have a relatively high molecular weight, and the melted melt has a constant viscosity and can be spun. However, when the molecular weight of nylon 66 resin is low, the relative viscosity of the melt is small, and the spinning components are prone to flooding and leakage, and the spun yarns and broken ends are many, and the breaking strength of the drawn yarn is not high.

(1) Automotive industry: PA66 is widely used in the automotive industry for manufacturing engine components (such as cylinder head covers, crankcases, etc.), transmission system components (such as gears, bearings, etc.), body structural components (such as bumpers, door panels, etc.), fuel system components, and electrical connectors.
