Acetal (POM) AF Rod
This advanced acetal material uses a combination of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin acetal resin. The combination results in improved wear characteristics along with strength, toughness, dimensional stability and machinability. The profile also yields a material with superior load bearing capabilities, especially when operating at high speeds.

Polymer Types:
Homopolymer: Delrin® - Offers higher strength, stiffness, and slightly better wear properties.
Copolymer: Celcon® / Hostaform® - Provides better chemical resistance, lower centerline porosity, and improved performance in hot water applications.
