Reinforced High Impact Resistance Flame Retardant Grade PA66 Nylon Polyamide GF15 GF20 GF30 GF35 GF40 GF50 for Engineering Parts
PA66 GF15 is Nylon66 and 15% Glass-Filled, these materials are performed with medium stiffness and strength but it has much better mechanical properties over unfilled granules. Reinforced with 15% of glass fioer and modifed Nylon 66 products in our plastic plant combined with other property enhancements such as high tensile strength, heat stabilized and flame retardant make it suitable for injection molding.

Nylon 66 GF15, mainly used in internal and external structural parts around the engine, electrical switches, and electronic connectors.
Reinforced with 20% of glass fiber on substrate PA66 is called PA66 GF20, it improves dimensionally stabilized and impact resistance for injection moulding.
PA66 GF20 is applied to various precision gears due to its high rigidity, dimensional stability, noise reduction, wear resistance, quietness, lubrication and antistatic.

PA66 GF30 is a polyamide 66 reinforced with 30% glass filoers. It demonstrates outstanding mechanical properties such as high fluidity, high toughness, high-temperature resistance and easy forming.

APPLICATION:The mechanical strength, creep resistance and fatigue strength of 30% reinforced Nylon66 are greatly improved, and the elongation, mold shrinkage, moisture absorption, and wear resistance are reduced. It can be injection-molded plastic parts with stressed structures in the fields of automobiles, E & E, home appliances and machinery industries.
PA66 is nylon 66, namely polyamide 66. GF is glass fiber. Generally expressed as PA66 GF35, that is, 35% glass filber is added to nylon 66.
APPLICATION:It is applied to lamp holder cover and cooling fan, gears and various electronic connectors, wear-resistant parts of elevators, and internal and external structural parts around the engine such as cooling fan.
