TPV is short for Thermoplastic Vulcanizate, and its Chinese name is thermoplastic EPDM dynamic vulcanizate elastomer or thermoplastic EPDM dynamic vulcanizate rubber, which is a polymer elastomer material composed of highly vulcanized EPDM rubber particles dispersed in continuous polypropylene PP phase. The physical properties and functions of TPV at room temperature are similar to those of thermoset rubber, and they exhibit the characteristics of thermoplastic plastics at high temperatures, which can be processed quickly, economically and conveniently.

Good elasticity and compression deformation resistance: TPV has environmental and aging resistance comparable to EPDM rubber, and its oil and solvent resistance is on par with general-purpose chloroprene rubber, ensuring its stability and durability in various environments.
Environmental and aging resistance: TPV has excellent environmental and aging resistance, and can maintain its physical properties over a wide temperature range, from -60 ºC to 150 ºC, making it suitable for various environmental conditions.
Easy to dye: The easy to dye property of TPV greatly improves the freedom of product design, allowing for easy color adjustment according to design requirements.
Excellent processing performance: TPV can be processed using thermoplastic processing methods such as injection molding and extrusion, with the characteristics of high efficiency, simplicity, and ease of use, without the need for additional equipment. It has high fluidity and low shrinkage rate, making it suitable for automated production.
Green and environmentally friendly, recyclable: TPV meets EU environmental requirements, can be reused six times without significant performance degradation, and has good environmental performance and sustainability.
