Eva based hot melt adhesive is solid, heating to a certain temperature, into the flow and a certain viscosity of the liquid binder. After melting, ethylene vinyl acetate adhesive is transparent or translucent yellowish or white. EVA hot melt adhesive is known for its versatility and easy use. Ethylene vinyl acetate glue can be widely used in packaging materials, book binding, wood processing and air filter production and many other industries. How to choose the most suitable edge banding glue according to the machine
For portable edge banding machines, choose low-temperature edge banding glue with a temperature of 130-150C
For small edge banding machines, choose medium-low temperature edge banding glue with a temperature of 130-180C
For semi-automatic edge banding machines, choose medium-temperature edge banding glue with a temperature of 150-180ºC
For fully automatic edge banding machines, choose high-temperature edge banding glue with a temperature of 180-210ºC
For large fully automatic edge banding machines, choose high-temperature edge banding glue with a temperature of 180-210C
 For line wrapping machines, choose medium-high temperature transparent glue with a temperature of 160-210ºC

Methods and precautions for using hot melt glue:
1. It is necessary to understand and master the various models and technical performances of hot melt glue (including technical parameters).
2. The temperature of the hot melt glue tank should be controlled within the operating temperature range.
3. Clean the preheating glue pot regularly to keep the glue pot clean.
4. Avoid contamination of boards and edge banding materials.
5. The moisture content of wood should be around 8%-10%.
6. The amount of glue in the glue pot should be controlled appropriately. If too much glue is added, the glue will melt in turn, causing it to deteriorate and age, and its viscosity will decrease.
