Polyolefin Elastomer (POE) is a random copolymer elastomer based on butene or octene copolymer as comonomer, which is polymerized under the action of homogeneous metal catalyst. POE Elastomer randomly introduces long branches into the linear short-chain branched structure of the polymer, so that the resin phase formed by the polyethylene segment itself and the non-crystallized octene segment form a random configuration structure. The physical cross-linked network constructed by the cherry-like micelle crystals in the structure enables POE chemical to obtain excellent elasticity without chemical cross-linking.

APPLICATION
Automotive industry. The polyolefin elastomer resin is mainly used as sealing strips and shock-absorbing materials in the automotive industry. Its excellent weather resistance and low-temperature resistance enable these parts to maintain their elasticity and physical properties under extreme climatic conditions, ensuring the long-term reliability of automotive parts. In addition, POE resin is also used to manufacture automotive interior parts, meeting the automotive industry's demand for material diversification and high performance.
Photovoltaic industry. With the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry, POE is increasingly used in photovoltaic films. POE films have excellent light transmittance, weather resistance and aging resistance, and are one of the key materials for photovoltaic module encapsulation.
Wires and cables. POE polyolefin elastomer resin can be used for insulation and sheath materials of wires and cables. Because of its good low temperature resistance and electrical properties, it can meet the use requirements of cables under extreme conditions.
Packaging industry. Due to its good transparency, flexibility and heat sealing properties,POE resin can be widely used to make food packaging film. In addition, POE resin is also used to make industrial packaging film and shrink packaging film to meet the needs of different industries for packaging materials.
Building materials. As a component of building materials such as waterproof membranes and sealants. Thereby improving the waterproof and sealing performance of buildings.
Shoe materials. Used to manufacture midsoles and microporous soles of advanced sports shoes. Mainly by utilizing the excellent physical and mechanical properties and low temperature resistance of POE resin to improve the elasticity and comfort of the soles.
Toys and sports equipment. The elasticity and softness of POE polymer make it an ideal material for making various toys and sports equipment, such as balls, protective gear, etc.
Medical field. It is mainly used to manufacture seals and catheters for medical devices. Its biocompatibility and non-toxicity enable POE to meet strict medical and health standards. and its good processina performance and plasticity enable it to be processed into medical devices with complex shapes.
