  Interface Compatibilization

  Maleic anhydride grafted PE exhibits excellent interface compatibilization effect. It can effectively reduce the particle size of the dispersed phase, prevent material agglomeration, and form a stable sea-island structure in the blending system. Through emulsification and chemical bonding, it significantly enhances the interfacial adhesion between components. This property breaks the barrier that makes it difficult for polyethylene to blend with polar materials, and can improve the mechanical properties of composite materials by 25% to 40%.

  
  Adhesion Enhancement

  This product delivers outstanding adhesion to polar substrates such as metals, wood and glass fibers, with an adhesion improvement of over 50%. The active maleic anhydride groups on its molecules can react with the polar groups on the surface of substrates to form a firm bonding interface. It is currently widely used in aluminum-plastic composites, wood-plastic products, glass fiber reinforced modification and other fields.

  
  Processing Improvement

  During production and processing, it can improve the dispersion uniformity of various fillers in the system, reduce the melt viscosity, and minimize the abrasion of materials on production equipment. This is mainly because it improves the interfacial wettability between components, allowing fillers to be evenly distributed in the matrix. Relying on this advantage, the filler content in the system can reach more than 60%, effectively reducing the overall production cost.
