Polypropylene (PP) plastic has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to water supply and heating systems, fiber products, pipes, woven products, injection molded products, film products, etc.
Fiber products: Polypropylene fiber, also known as polypropylene, is a fiber product made from polypropylene through melt spinning, used in the production of fiber products such as clothing and blankets.
Pipe material: Polypropylene pipes are mainly used in building water supply systems, heating systems, agricultural water supply systems, and chemical pipeline systems due to their high temperature resistance, lightweight, and recyclability.
Weaving products: including plastic woven bags, tarpaulins, ropes, etc., mainly used for packaging of grains, fertilizers, and cement.
Injection molded products: used in small household appliances, daily necessities, toys, washing machines, cars, and turnover boxes.
Film products: including BOPP, CPP, etc., have the characteristics of light weight, high mechanical strength, non-toxic, transparent, moisture-proof, etc., and are widely used in the packaging industry.
In addition, polypropylene is also used in food and pharmaceutical packaging, as well as in the production of medical devices, automotive parts, bicycle parts, conveying pipelines, and chemical containers. Due to its non-toxic and high-temperature resistance, PP pipe material is also widely used in water supply and heating systems. Compared with PE pipe, PP pipe is lighter in weight, easier to transport, and has better environmental performance.
