Product's main characteristics:

1. Low viscosity PVB resin that is suitable for flexo and gravure printing, has good adhesion to polyolefins, metal, cellulose acetate, polyester, cellophane paper, polyamide and polystyrene film;

 

2. Low viscosity PVB resin as the foundation of the printing ink shows a low solvent resistance, good liquidity, good waterproof, which could be independently used as the basic resin, and could be used together with alcohol soluble nitrocellulose,  condensation resin, alkyd resin, maleic resin and other natural polymer;

3. Dissolve under normal temperature (25 ºC ), the dissolution time is 30 minutes or less, this characteristic has greatly increased the ink's solubility;

4. Low viscosity PVB resin has good wettability and pigment dispersion;

5. Non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, no aromatic element, no heavy metal, no plasticizer, is the first choice of resin for environment friendly printing ink.

 *TB-17T, TB-18T have excellent heat resistance, it can be applied to the printed circuit board adhesive.
 *TB-05TS/TB-03TS , suitable for printing inks and paint products.
 *TF-1 is mainly used for the preparation of a variety of high temperature, high strength adhesives, inks paints, enamels, and advanced coatings.

Also be used in the manufacture of high-strength diamond wheel, all kinds of plastic sheet and the like. Widely used in brake adhesive film, cigarette packaging film,aviation advanced adhesives and new composite materials.
The specifications PVB has good compatibility with each other, and therefore can be mixed with ordinary PVB use.
