PPH board is a modified high-performance polypropylene material, high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolymer polypropylene, it has a delicate crystalline structure, not only has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance and good creep resistance, but also has excellent impact resistance at low temperature, widely used in industrial cooling water and chemical industry.
Product features: strong recovery elasticity, can be compressed by 50%; high strength, durable, can not be replaced by rubber and other materials. Pressure-resistant and shock-proof, impact-resistant, oil-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and excellent wear resistance. Our company's PPH series elastomers have excellent tensile strength, tear resistance, high elasticity, high pressure load resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics, and are easy to cut, grind, drill and other processing, can be used for mechanical buffer materials, punch molds, counterbalance pads, spring strips for bending and forming, etc.
1 PPH board standard
High-performance polypropylene PPH board is produced with homopolymer grade PPH board special raw materials.
2 PPH material characteristics
Long life-----PPH material has a longer service life and higher system safety.
Chemical resistance-----Among all polypropylene materials, experiments have shown that PPH materials have the strongest chemical resistance.
Impact strength-----Compared with traditional engineering plastics, PPH materials have significant low-temperature impact strength.
Temperature resistance-----According to actual application conditions, the applicable temperature range of PPH sheets is from -200C to +100C.
Pressure resistance-----Among all polypropylene materials in the system, PPH materials have the highest pressure resistance.
High performance-----PPH materials have excellent performance and are easy to weld.
