APPLICATION

It can shorten injection cycle time. greatly reduce injection pressure.reduce clamping force and processing lemperature.
     2 ) A variety of high content long and short fiber reinforced or high mineral filled and flame retardant modified base resins: High flow nylon 6 resin can not only fully penctrale and fill into the reinforcement fiber, but also provide exquisite interface to meet the performance standards of semi-finished products.It can surface appearance, completely solve the "floating fiber" phenomenon; The flame-retardant enhanced be made into large size and complex shape parts, as well as parts with thin wall and reinforcement, excellent modification can make the dispersion of flame retardant more uniform and improve the efficiency of flame retardant and the comprehensive mechanical properties greatly.Reduce mold scale and mold wear, reduce maintenance costs. After using high fluidity mylon, the surface appearance of the reinforced material parts is good, the surface of the products is less sand or swirl pattern defects, the surface of the products is good. and the surface dyeing process is avoided.
     3) Color masterbatch or high content mineral masterbatch carrier:high flow nylon 6 resin is conducive to the full dispersion of various organic and inorganic toners or minerals in the screw.
     4)Brightly colored plastic products and spinning materials: Baling high flow mylon 6 resin can be widely used in brightly colored plastic and spinning products with good color fastness due to its much higher end amino group than conventional linear nylon 6 resin.
