Hot - mounting Consumables
The metallographic hot - mounting powder is made of special materials and special additives. Its main function is to embed and protect irregular samples to be tested with the assistance of hot - mounting equipment, which is beneficial for subsequent grinding, polishing and etching. The series of hot - mounting materials produced by our company is suitable for various domestic and foreign manual or automatic mounting machines. The products have a low thermal curing temperature, generally between 140 - 180°C, which helps to preserve the authenticity of our test samples. After mounting, the materials are firmly and closely bonded to the samples, and it is difficult for gaps to form at the edges of the samples, thus avoiding various external interferences.
